Marion Mays is the Founder of Thalia Stanley Group. She is a Financial Literacy educator  with technical experience in banking, consumer & investment lending, debt and asset recovery, real estate and professional coaching.  She has hands on experience in direct property investing gained over 25 years in both the commercial and residential property markets in Australia.
She was appointed as the Head Money Mindset Coach in 2016 to Noosa Confidential, an international retreat located in Noosa, Australia.

Marion is an avid writer and regular contributor to media. She was a contributing author to the 2017 publication Insiders Know How: Property Investment in Australia, and her professional opinion frequently appears in media publications such as The Australian, Domain, ANZ Money, Smart Property Investment magazine and the Money Magazine. In 2020 she received the national award for the positive progression of Women in Australia and in 2021 she was a finalist in 4 categories for the ausmumprenuer awards, taking home the Women's leadership award space.

Marion's true passion is to make both financial literacy and economic empowerment accessible to everyone, so that they can live a life based in choice/freedom rather than duty.  Her new book which aims to bring that to the masses is soon to be released (The title is still a tightly held secret)

She defines her success by the contribution she is able to make in her industry and considers her greatest achievements to be motherhood and her advocacy work in the areas of domestic violence and homelessness, She is an official ambassador for vinnies and has recently completed her 5the CEO sleepout raising almost $60,000 in total.
