Guest Speaker: Joss Raines - Head of Data & Digital and Divisional Execution, Institutional - ANZ

 Joss Raines has extensive experience in Institutional Banking working in UK, Europe, USA, Asia and Australia. In the last 17 years at ANZ, Joss has held a number of senior management roles in Markets, Strategy and Portfolio Management.

In his current role as Head of Data & Digital and Divisional Execution, Institutional, Joss leads the strategic design and execution of a world class digital experience for our Institutional customer and employees. Joss is also responsible for the delivery of the Institutional business' strategic agenda, Communications, and Capability.

Prior to this, Joss served as Head of Performance and Portfolio Management and Head of Transformation in Global Markets and as Global Head of Pricing and Deputy Head of Portfolio Management for the Institutional Division.

Joss was a member of the Global Markets Leadership team and is a member of the Institutional Leadership Team.

Joss holds a First Class Honours degree from Durham University and a Master of Philosophy, degree from Cambridge University.
