UPCOMING EVENTS

7 March

A gender balanced world is now expected. Everyone has a part to play- all the time, everywhere. Join us to celebrate the achievements and be reminded of its absence. Take away ideas to help create more balance. Start the day at the Palladium for a scrumptious breakfast, network with clients and colleagues and hear from those who lead the way on gender balance and equity in Australia.

Each year Rotary Club of North Melbourne are engaged by the City of Melbourne to provide 1,100 meals to the participants in the Moomba Parade during the 2 hours after they complete it.

In order to serve all the meals in that time, they need about 24 volunteers. They drop the gear off the day before and setup from 9.00am in the morning and by the time to clean up and go is about 4.30pm in the afternoon.

Peak times are around 11.30am till 1.30pm.

It really is good to experience the Parade from so close up so if anyone would like to assist us please email Club Secretary Neville Page on
