15 February

To coincide with the Multi-District Conference to be held at the Melbourne Convention and Entertainment Centre, Rotary Club of Southbank are planning a Conference Club Dinner with a Difference.

Right at home, we will take the opportunity of welcome visiting Rotarians from across Victoria to share a dinner with us.

16 February

Celebration of locally grown garlic and produce plus the outstanding food, wine arts and craft of South Gippsland. Entry fee of $10 (free entry for kids & dogs are welcome!) will provide you with an entry wristband and a festival guide with map, directions and the festival program. Don't forget to bring a hat, sunscreen and water bottle refills are free.

Ayman Barbaresco is a newly published author with the anthology Living and Loving in Diversity with the Australian LGBTI Multicultural Council of Victoria, sharing his intersectional story of growing up in a regional town in a multicultural family with a disability as well as coming out at the age of 12, Ayman loves to live life to the fullest and never lets anything stop him. He is known as the 'Busiest man in Melbourne' amongst his friends and can be found sipping lattes in cafes across Melbourne during the weekend.

Topic discussion will be about growing up with a condition that you do not have control over and making the most out of every opportunity.
